Odds are that if you’ve stumbled across this blog, CBD is a newer subject to you. Either you’re completely new to CBD as a whole or maybe you’ve been taking CBD but can’t figure out what dosage you should be taking.

The tough part about learning how much CBD is right for you is that dosage varies based on the individual. What might be right for you could be completely wrong for someone else. So how do you figure out what’s right for you? Let’s dive into it!

How To Know How Much CBD To Take

The amount of CBD you should take each day should depends on a number of different factors. The factors that come into play include things like:

‘Average’ CBD Dosage: 15mg – 60mg CBD per day

Since CBD has only recently become legal to grow, distribute, and consume in the United States, there isn’t a whole lot of accurate information around how much CBD you should be taking.

Make sure to keep a journal when you being to start taking CBD, recording the mg you take, when you take it, and if you notice any benefits. Depending on what you’re trying to accomplish by taking CBD, you may need to split up your CBD intake throughout the day, or specifically take it during one time over another. For example, if you’re looking to reduce stress levels, taking your CBD right away in the morning might be the best bet for you!
